Downtown got downright ugly Sunday morning and for a good cause. It was the first time Omaha hosted the Ugly Sweater 5K by the CenturyLink Center.
More than 5,000 people were dressed to the nines in their best (?) Christmas sweaters.
The run wasn't timed. Instead, there were stops along the way to make snow angels, drink hot chocolate and have a photo op with the Griswolds.
Runners also brought toys to donate to Toys for Tots.
