Police are investigating the robbery of an Omaha bank where the suspect left some of the loot behind during his getaway Thursday morning.
The First National branch inside the Hy-Vee supermarket at South 50th and Center streets was held up just after 9:30 a.m. The suspect ran across a vacant lot when the dye pack put in the money bag exploded, leaving the marked bills behind in the snow.
