Occupy protesters say they'll withdraw a lawsuit filed against the city of Omaha and various officials.
The Omaha World-Herald reports that the lawsuit had asked a federal court to order the city to stop arresting protesters. Omaha officers arrested three protesters who had refused to leave an empty municipal parking lot on Nov. 3.
The city prosecutor said last week that he wouldn't continue the
trespassing case against the three.
The group said Monday that because of the prosecutor's decision,
the lawsuit was no longer needed.
