Omaha police say they used a confidential witness to help them take down a marijuana dealer.
The information comes from court documents. According to the search warrant, OPD narcotics officers raided a home in the area of 24th and Grant on Monday. Inside they found and confiscated a number of drug-related items and several prepackaged bags of marijuana. Also removed from the house was 9mm ammunition found in two separate areas of the basement.
Officers arrested 29-year-old Marcus Samuel for possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Samuel told officers the house belongs to his girlfriend and he was staying there while she was out of town.
