Elementary students will take part in North High Magnet School’s VEX Robotics Camp on Friday June 15th.
The camp will be held at the school at 4410 N. 36th from 9:30am to 11am. It will put student's robots to the test during a competition in the school’s Viking Center.
Nearly two-dozen incoming fourth- and fifth-graders are taking part in the camp this week, which is designed to teach students how to build and program robots and prepare them for future robotics competitions. Participants also spend time learning about the various scientific elements associated with robotics.
