FBI officials say no charges will be filed against the person who sent a Glitter Bomb to Nebraska U.S. Congressman Jeff Fortenberry.

Fortenberry recently received a letter filled with glitter and a message disagreeing with his stance on a political issue.

FBI officials say since there was no threat in the message there were no federal violations.
