Showers and storms will continue this evening with cool and breezy conditions.
There is quite a bit of moisture associated with this system so expect many areas to have over 1" of rain in their gauges by midnight. The severe threat is minimal with this system but a few stronger storms can't be ruled out. The best chance for strong storms will be west of the area with strong winds and hail the main threats.
A cold front is expected to move from west to east between 10pm and midnight bringing the rain to an end as it does so.
Tuesday will remain cloudy and windy with patchy drizzle.
Sunny skies and less wind will return on Wednesday.
