A 20-year-old man has been given 20-to-60 months in prison for attempted burglary in Saunders County. Prosecutors say he stole underwear.
The office of Saunders County Attorney Scott Tingelhoff says Jacob Fisher was sentenced on Monday.
Fisher had pleaded guilty in June after reaching a deal with prosecutors. They lowered the burglary charge and waived another.
Tingelhoff's office says Fisher admitted entering a home twice between Aug. 1 and Sept. 15 last year and stealing underwear.
