A pair of flashing blue lights has led to the arrest of a 20-year-old Goehner man.
Randal lTriplette is accused of impersonating an officer and unlawful use of flashing red or blue lights.
Nebraska State Patrol spokeswoman Deb Collins says a driver called patrol dispatch just before 10 p.m. Wednesday to say a dark-colored vehicle with blue flashing lights had pulled closely
behind him on Nebraska Highway 79 in the Valparaiso area.
The patrol confirmed it wasn't a law officer and sent a trooper to the area. The trooper stopped a car with the two lights mounted on its front and arrested Triplette.
A public phone listing for Triplette could not be found. Online
