An accused murderer appeared in court Friday for the first time since his arrest on Wednesday. Timothy Britt was denied bond.
The 25-year-old Britt is the third person arrested and charged in connection with the killing of Miguel Avalos Sr. and his teenaged sons Jose and Miguel Jr. in their Omaha home on July 9th.
Britt is due back in court on August 15th. He and 33-year-old Anthony Davis of Omaha are accused of killing the three. Twenty-seven-year-old Tiaotta Clairday of Council Bluffs was arrested for being an accessory.
