A Gretna woman has been ticketed for Failure to Yield after, police say, she turned her car into a motorcycle Wednesday afternoon at 140th & L Streets.
William Vachal, 31, of La Vista, who was on the motorcycle, suffered a fractured vertebra, fractured leg, and a severed tendon in his hand.
Omaha Police identified the driver of the car as Dixie Allbery, 74.
Investigators say she was turning out of a parking lot onto L Street.
Vachal's injuries are not considered life-threatening.
