A 35-year-old Upland, Nebraska woman accused of prostituting her 14-year-old and 7-year-old daughters has pleaded not guilty to human trafficking and eight other felony counts.
The mother is charged with five counts of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, two counts of human trafficking and two counts of child abuse. She's also been charged with sexual assault of a child and with child pornography and conspiracy to commit sexual assault of a child.
The investigation began last spring when authorities were provided information of a Craigslist personal ad offering female companionship in the Kearney area.
The mother's name is not being used to protect the privacy of her daughters. Four men also face charges in the case.
