There's going to be a little more concrete at Papio Bay Water Park this summer.
The City of Papillion has bought 10 new round concrete tables, with benches attached for use at the city-owned water park. They will replace the old traditional tables and chairs, that many times, because of vandalism, would end up in the deep end of the pool.
The Papillion Parks Department hopes the new, much heavier tables will take care of that problem. They also plan to buy ten more of the tables in the next year.
