The family of Kyle McCroy will have to wait longer for possible answers as to what happened in his murder. The man accused of fatally shooting McCroy, William Bush, was set to go to trial this week. A mistrial was declared after a discrepancy arose during opening statements.
Jury selection started in the trial on Monday. Tuesday, when opening statements were underway, a prosecutor stated something that the defense claimed they did not know about.
A mistrial was declared and a new trial date was set for May.
McCroy was murdered nearly one year ago, on March 29th.
