A collection of Omaha’s most creative minds are hard at work imagining and assembling, putting the finishing touches on their Miracle on Farnam masterpieces.
Debuting Thursday, November 15, Miracle on Farnam is Midtown Crossing’s season-long celebration of holiday cheer and togetherness starring a parade of 14 dazzling window displays.
Each one will showcase the artistry and imagination of Omaha’s most respected arts and cultural organizations.

• Strategic Air & Space Museum
“Visitors will see scenes of the season through the eyes of our community's most creative people, each in a way that reflects the mission of their organization,” said Molly Skold, marketing director for East Campus Realty, LLC, the Mutual of Omaha subsidiary that owns Midtown Crossing.
The Omaha Community Playhouse, Omaha’s premiere community theater, sought inspiration for its display from Scrooge himself.
Titled "You Will Be Haunted by Three Spirits,” the display will feature Ebenezer in his bed chamber as he is visited by ghosts.
“Our display is finished except a couple of lighting adjustments,” said Katie Broman, director of marketing and public relations, Omaha Community Playhouse. “We are so fortunate to have such a talented staff that includes a scenic designer, costume designer, lighting specialist and production coordinator to create such an amazing display!”
Nancy Round, director of education and outreach for the Joslyn Art Museum, is being a little more secretive about the Museum’s display. Installation began last Friday.
