As Miley Cyrus was entertaining thousands of fans in Omaha, one fan was under arrest. Tucker Salvensen snuck into the star's dressing room and left her a note.
He then bragged about it on Twitter.
Tucker says, "It's not like I was trying to stalk her or cause any kind of riot or chaos or anything."
Tucker Salvensen calls himself a "Male Miley." He even has the title of her album, "Bangerz", tattooed on his arm.
Tucker says, "They had security there waiting for me."
Tucker says it all began when he got a VIP pass from a truck driver and snuck into the stars dressing room.
"Nobody asked me my name or what I was doing back there. They just casually waved and let me pass." said Tucker.
He left Miley a note, then sent her mom and her a message on Twitter.
"Hey, I was in her dressing room. I left her a note you should have her read it. It basically told her that I love her and that her music helped me through a lot."
Tucker, who is 18 and lives in Northern Utah, was arrested the next day when he returned to watch her concert.
We asked, "Should she be afraid of you?"
"I don't think she should be afraid of me personally, like honestly, I have no intent of harmful ways. If I was her I would be concerned that access was so easy." said Tucker.
Tucker is facing Criminal Trespass Charges. As far as his hopes to catch Miley's attention...
"Has she responded to anything." Channel 6 asked.
"She hasn't yet. So I do have my fingers crossed for that" said Tucker.
Officials with the Century Link Center asked for charges to be pressed, according to the police report.
Tucker says he hopes the charges will be dropped. He has bought tickets to another Miley concert.
