Researchers say the Midwest will be getting bigger in the next few years. The Trust For America's Health says by 2030, nearly 57 percent of Nebraskans and 54 percent of Iowans will be obese.
Currently, according to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, about 27 percent of Nebraskans and 28 percent of Iowans are considered to be obese.
