An Omaha business was busted selling alcohol to a minor during a Nebraska State Patrol compliance check.
According to NSP, VIP Lounge, at 90th and Arbor, was the only one of 54 businesses checked that was found to be non-compliant. The retail outlets checked included convenience, liquor and grocery stores as well as restaurants and bars.
Compliance checks in Douglas County were conducted thanks in part to a $2,920 grant from the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety.
