Authorities say a suspicious package delivered to a petroleum company had methamphetamine in it.

The Lincoln Police Department says employees at Sapp Bros. Petroleum found about a tablespoon of the white powder after opening a package Thursday morning. Health officials say the substance later tested positive for meth.

It's unclear why the drug was delivered to the company.

Sapp Bros. sells products like fuels, lubricants and equipment.
