Men Face Manslaughter Charges In Woman's Drug Overdose Death

Two men have been arrested in connection with the drug overdose death of a Lincoln woman earlier this month.

The Lancaster County Sheriff's Department says the body of 44-year-old Michelle Kover was found in her home near Southwest 58th Street and West Sprague Road on May 2nd. An autopsy indicated Kover died from the toxic effects of methamphetamine. Deputies found meth in the residence.

Thirty-two-year-old Peter Dudek was taken into custody for manslaughter, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Forty-nine-year-old Scott Squires turned himself in and faces charges of manslaughter, felony child abuse, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and felony driving under suspension.
