A Marshalltown man is in custody after police say he tried to stab his wife and her stepfather on New Year's Eve.
Police say 34-year-old Javier Juarez is accused of assaulting
the two with a knife late Saturday at a house. He then fled the

Juarez was taken into custody Sunday evening when police found
him at the house.
Juarez faces several charges, including aggravated domestic
