According to police reports, officers were called to the area of 13th & Marinda on a prowler call around 10PM on April 26th. The prowler reportedly got into a car and left the area.
Moments later, a burglary in progress call came in at 6th & Marinda.
Daniel J. Bartlett and a 15-year-old boy allegedly broke into a home, stole a laptop computer and at one point, Bartlett told a 21-year-old woman who was in the home that he would shoot her.
Police later found out that earlier in the evening, Bartlett and the 15-year-old stranded an 18-year-old man who lived at the 6th Street Address at 15th & Hickory. The two then apparently burglarized the man's home.
Bartlett was arrested by Bellevue Police last September for stealing a truck.
No word on any charges against the 15-year-old.
