A Wisconsin man is facing time in a Nebraska prison for getting caught with 206 pounds of pot in his vehicle.
51-year-old James Greenspan, of Verona, Wisconsin, was sentenced to 20 months to three years in prison on Thursday in Lancaster County
District Court. He pleaded guilty to possession of more than a
pound of marijuana.
Greenspan was arrested last August after a state trooper stopped
him for speeding on Interstate 80 near Waverly. The trooper smelled
marijuana, and a search of the rented SUV turned up the pot in
duffel bags in the back.
