A 32-year old Wahoo, Nebraska man has been charged with two counts of writing bad checks.
Each charge against Cortney J. Grim is class IV felony, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison if he is convicted.
The Saunders County Attorney’s office says Grim wrote two checks with insufficient funds in the amount of $173.40 and $112.40 to Wahoo Super on March 11, 2011.
Grim has a previous conviction of writing bad checks.
Saunders County Attorney Scott Tingelhoff says Grim is scheduled to appear in court for his first appearance on the new charges on March 20.
