An Omaha man was sentenced to 15 to 18 years behind bars in the murder of Anthony Baker.
Jade Owens was given credit for 415 days already served. In May, he took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
Owens had been charged with second degree murder, felony assault, and two counts of using a knife during a felony for the stabbing death of Baker in May 2013.
Owens stabbed Baker near 22nd and N Streets. Baker later died at the hospital.
