An Omaha man told police he was driving in the area of 16th and Willis Wednesday evening when someone opened fire at his vehicle.
Officers were called to the area around 6:30 p.m. for shots fired. Moments later, officials at Alegent Creighton University Medical Center reported a walk-in shooting victim.
Thirty-year-old Brandon Foster told officers he heard several gunshots, one of his car windows shattered, and he felt pain in his back. He was able to drive himself to the hospital, where he was treated for a very minor graze wound.
So far, police have not made any arrests.
