Police are looking for the man who allegedly grabbed a girl outside of a Lincoln elementary school Thursday afternoon. The 9-year-old was able to get free and run inside the building for help.
Police say the girl was working on an after-school project outside of Hill Elementary near South 27th Street and Old Cheney Road when she was approached by the suspect just before 5 p.m. He was holding a beer and asked the girl if she wanted a beer before grabbing her hand.
Officers arrived and searched the neighborhood but did not find the man, last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweat pants.
