Omaha Police responded to a 911 call of a man down on Monday night just before 10 p.m. It began as a shooting call, but investigators now aren't sure if that's the case.
Family members went into the home near 60th & Browne to check on a man who lived there. He was found dead. Medics arrived and attempted to revive him but were not successful.
Police have identified the man as 34-year-old Levi Brown.
The death is being investigated as a homicide. Police are now checking with neighbors to see if they heard or saw anything suspicious.
