Scott Tingelhoff, Saunders County Attorney, reports Max Wonka was sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment of not less than 365 days with Department of Corrections following his conviction of Attempted Terroristic Threats and also 365 days with Department of Corrections for Criminal Mischief. Those sentences are to be served consectutively.
A deputy with the Saunders County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to a disturbance. Wonka was then arrested after investigation revealed he made terroristic threats and also caused damage to his parent’s house in excess of $2,000.00.
