A suspected drunk driver could face up to 50 years behind bars.
Jason Kuehn is facing his fifth DUI charge. He was arrested by a Papillion police officer.
Police tell WOWT 6 News that the vehicle was driving suspiciously. When they checked the blood-alcohol level of Kuehn it registered as .261, more than three times the legal limit in Nebraska.
Kuehn has been charged with a felony.
