Tense moments for a Bellevue neighborhood after a domestic dispute turns explosive.
Sarpy County Sheriffs were called to 31st & Blackhawk Drive late Monday night.
A woman said she pulled into her driveway and smelled gas.
She said her husband, 29-year old Trenton Simmons, threatened to burn down the house and harm any officers that showed up.
Authorities were able to talk Simmons out of the home and he was taken into custody.
The bomb squad did check out the home to make sure everything was okay.
Investigators say this was not the first time they have visited the home.
