Lincoln police called to check on a loud party Sunday morning deployed a Taser when a man charged at one of the officers.
When police arrived on the 1900 block of Garfield just before 3 a.m. to break up the festivities, one party-goer began yelling at the officers. When he charged toward an officer, he was shot with the Taser.
Twenty-five-year-old Joseph Condon was taken to the hospital per police policy whenever someone is tasered. After being released from the hospital, Condon was arrested for attempted third-degree assault on an officer.
