Already convicted in federal court, Lori Jenkins called into question three accessory charges that are still pending with the state.
Jenkins wanted the charges with the state dismissed and asked the judge questions herself on Tuesday in court.
The charges still stand.
In the end, Jenkins told the judge, "I'm ready to go." She made it clear that she doesn't want a trial and that she wants to make a deal with the state.
Her trial is still set for February 2.
