Local Gas Prices Follow National Falling Trend

Average retail gasoline prices in Omaha are down 9.2 cents/gallon over the past week to an average of $3.43/gallon.

That follows the national gas price trend; that average fell four cents/gallon this week to $3.58/gallon, according to GasBuddy.com.

That means local gas prices are 43.7 cents/gallon lower than they were a year ago, and 25.4 cents/gallon lower than one month ago.

The national average has decreased by 9.3 cents/gallon over the past month and stands are 32.8 cents/gallon lower than one year ago.
