Toy-maker Little Tikes is recalling more than one and a half million play tool sets.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the oversized, plastic toy nails sold with the toy tool sets are a choking hazard.
Little Tikes has received reports of incidents where the nails became lodged in children's throats.
The recall is an expansion of a 2009 recall of about 1.6 million workshop sets and trucks with the same toy nails.
This new recall involves an additional eleven models.
The toys were sold nationwide from 1990-2004.
Consumers can call Little Tikes for free replacement toy nails at (800) 321-0183.
