A Lincoln man has been sentenced to four to eight years in prison on charges of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in 2009.
Thirty-six-year-old Tyronn Bluford will also be placed on Nebraska's sex offender registry.
The Journal Star reports that police say Bluford met the boy on a social networking site.
Police say the boy told a counselor he first had sexual relations with Bluford when he was 13. In court records, the teenager said Bluford bought him a bottle of vodka as payment for sex.
Bluford told police he thought the boy was 18. He later pleaded no contest to attempted sexual assault in the first degree.
