A 49-year-old Lincoln man who's already served prison time for drug sales is going back into a Nebraska prison.
Roger Abbott was sentenced on Monday to seven to 12 years for possession with intent to deliver.
Abbott has at least eight prior felony convictions.
In the current case, he pleaded no contest after making a deal with prosecutors that allowed him to avoid an enhanced sentence as a habitual criminal.
