A Lincoln man convicted for tying up three people and robbing their home at gunpoint is headed to prison.
Twenty-year-old Devon Delarosa was sentenced Thursday to 10 to 15 years in prison. He had pleaded no contest to robbery in the Dec. 6
Authorities have said Delarosa and two teenagers smoked marijuana with the victims in their home, then pulled out a gun and tied them up. Delarosa and the teens are accused of taking a TV, video game console, a laptop and shoes.
Police said in court records that one of the teens threatened to shoot a victim in the head.
