A group of doctors and dentists from Lincoln are heading to Haiti to help people still recovering from the devastating 2010 earthquake.
They're headed to a mission to care for children and adults. Hundreds of them, who would otherwise not be able to get any dental or medical treatment.
Patients in the poverty stricken country will wait hours in line just to have a tooth pulled or get some antibiotics.
Dr. Marty Killeen says the kids and adults are very appreciative.
"Kids that come in, they get two meals a day, one pancake for breakfast and literally just one. They make this single file line, they come in they grab their one pancake."
