A 20-year-old Lincoln man convicted of accessory to murder has been sentenced to prison.
Devaughn Johnson had pleaded no contest to the accessory charge. Authorities say Johnson was involved in the fatal shooting of Dwayne Greer at a party in July 2011.
Judge John Colborn gave Johnson 10 to 15 years in prison on the accessory charge. Colborn also sentenced Johnson to 20 months to five years for making terroristic threats during a robbery the night Greer was killed.
The sentences will be served consecutively.
