The City of Omaha Parks and Recreation
Department is offering Lifeguard Training Classes in January, February, and March.
Open to those ages 15 and over, the class will provide knowledge on water rescue skills,
CPR for the Professional, First Aid, and how to monitor a large number of swimmers and promote safety to others near the water. The classes will be taught by Red Cross certified instructors and the fee is $150.
