It's never too early to start thinking about your future. That was the message for middle school kids checking out a Futures Fair on the UNO campus Monday.
Hundreds of students got to meet with Omaha business professionals covering a huge scope of careers.
Students say they got a lot out of it.
Eighth-grader Kaysi Humphrey said, "I just learned that there are more options out there than what I see around my city."
Partnership 4 Kids organized the event.
Students also got a taste of higher education from UNO students who served as the students' personal guides and advisors for the career fair.
