A man sought for the robbery of a Lawrence, Kansas bank was caught in Omaha Saturday evening.
Police received a tip around 8 p.m. that 35-year-old Antonio Gaitan was at the Greyhound Bus Station at South 16th and Jackson streets. When officers arrived Gaitan tried to run, but was quickly apprehended.
He was booked for being a fugitive from justice and for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. A federal warrant had been issued for parole violation.
