On Monday a jury found William Bush not guilty on all counts for the murder of Kyle McCroy.
McCroy was gunned down in his home on March 29th, 2012.
William Bush was arrested and charged with the crime.
In March 2013, the first trial was a mistrial. When opening statements were underway, a prosecutor stated something that the defense claimed they did not know about.
The trial was rescheduled for May, and the jury came back with the not guilty verdict.
