A federal judge has thrown out a multi-million lawsuit filed by accused serial killer Anthony Garcia.
In December we reported that Garcia was suing for wrongful arrest and wanted $20 million.
U.S. District Court Judge Richard Kopf ruled that Garcia did not pay the required filing fee and failed to arrange any sort of payment plan. He dismissed the case.
In his ruling, the judge said it was clear that Garcia could communicate with the court since he sent four letters from jail.
As we also reported in December, Garcia's attorneys, who did not know about the initial filing, expected the civil complaint to die.
Garcia is accused of four murders.
