A judge is considering a motion to suppress evidence in the case against Erica Jenkins.
Erica is the sister of convicted killer Nikko Jenkins. She is accused of assisting her brother.
On Tuesday, her defense argued that cell phone records should not be used as evidence, since police haven't proved the number belongs to Jenkins. They also said that just because the cell phone picked up on a tower near the murders, doesn't mean she was at the crime scene.
Her trial is still set for September 22.
