Southeast Nebraska, southwest Iowa and northwest Missouri until 4 a.m. Sunday. This includes Omaha, Council Bluffs and Lincoln.

As the economy continues to improve, apartment rents are expected to go up again next year for the fourth consecutive year.
The Association of Realtors predicts rental rates for apartments will jump nearly 5% nationwide.
In addition to a strengthening economy, the drive in rates is also due to supply and demand and until apartment construction catches up with demand, landlords will maintain control of the market.
