A few raindrops did not deter joggers, bikers and those just out for a walk on the Council Bluffs side of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge, which reopened Saturday morning.
Floodwaters forced the Bluffs Parks and Recreation Department to close off access to the bridge earlier this summer. Major portions of the city's trail system also reopened on Saturday.
