Iowa Man Arrested For Bomb Threats To FBI

An Iowa man has been accused of mailing bomb threats to the FBI office in Omaha.

The Lincoln Journal Star reports that Matthew Fell, of Waterloo, Iowa, is charged with two counts of making a false threat.

Court documents say postal workers at a Lincoln post office found an envelope in June that had "This is a Bomb!" written on it. A portion of the office was evacuated.

There was no bomb in the envelope, but it did contain another envelope that was addressed to the FBI in Omaha. That envelope contained a piece of paper and a thumb drive. Omaha postal workers found a similar envelope a week later.

A public phone listing for Fell couldn't be found. Online court records don't list the name of Fell's attorney.
