Husker Player Fined $275 After Plea Deal

In a deal with prosecutors, backup defensive lineman Justin Jackson pleaded guilty on Wednesday to reckless driving and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

The Lincoln Journal Star reports that Jackson had been charged with drunken driving, reckless driving and alcohol possession.

Lincoln Police say Jackson, of Roca, had a blood-alcohol content of 0.126 percent when an officer stopped him early on Jan. 30.
